Greg Flanagan is the owner and Broker-in-Charge, supervising licensed South Carolina real estate agents who operate as independent agents under their own names and trade names. We collect information you voluntarily provide when submitting a seller inquiry, using the Net Sheet Calculator, or contacting us via Ask Greg. This includes name, email, phone, property address and details, timeline, and messages. We also collect standard server log data (IP, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide net sheet calculations, communicate about your home sale, and comply with South Carolina real estate licensing requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What Happens After You Submit a Form

When you submit the Start Your Listing or Ask Greg form: (1) You receive an automated confirmation email. (2) Greg personally reviews your submission within 24 hours. (3) Greg reaches out via your preferred contact method. (4) Your information is stored securely and used only to manage your listing relationship. (5) You may request deletion at any time by emailing greg@scsold.com. Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement or agency relationship. By providing your phone number and selecting text message as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive text messages from Greg Flanagan / SCSold LLC. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
